What we do:
Washing
Using our expert fabric care knowledge, all blankets are inspected, then pre-spotted (if needed) and cold water washed with earth-friendly soaps in our front-loading commercial washers. Each blanket receives a minimum of 2-prewashes, 2 -full washes, and 5-rinses to ensure all traces of soap are removed. All blankets are hung to air dry and to prevent shrinkage. Extra care is taken to remove as much hair as possible and we hand-clean all velcro. Unlike other equine laundries, we do not charge an extra fee for most heavily soiled/hairy blankets!
Repairs
All blankets are once again fully inspected after washing and all repairs will be done (unless otherwise requested). We take pride in our work and our goal is to return your blanket in “like- new” condition. Our shop is fully stocked with quality fabrics, hardware and webbing. We are very particular about our repairs and every effort is taken to match original colours as closely as possible when patching, binding and replacing straps. Any repair over $35 will be quoted.
Waterproofing
We use only Nikwax Horse Rug Proof which is a non-toxic, wash-in waterproofing.

Packaging
Your professionally cleaned/repaired/waterproofed blankets will be neatly folded and packaged in eco-friendly bio-degradable poly bags. We will label the bags with customer and barn name and can include horse name and blanket size if requested.
