COVID 19 PROCEDURES: We care about our customers and we have made your safety a priority. Non-contact procedures have been implemented for blanket pick-up and drop-offs (see below). Upon arrival, we ask that customers remain in their vehicles and call us at (905) 953-9333. We will be happy to serve you curbside.
Blanket Drop off instructions:
- Blankets/saddle pads/ accessories must be dry and in bags with customer name clearly labelled on the outside. Bags can be filled with as many blankets as can be comfortably closed and carried. Bags, tape and markers will be provided if needed.
- Use our convenient, no paper needed, online check in or download our printable form . Both forms can be used for up to 6 blankets and if you have more blankets, just use an extra form. Just drop in and drop off your labelled, bagged order during shop hours. If you have used a paper form, please be sure to insert it in one of your labelled bags.
Order pick up instructions:
- When your order is ready for pick up we will email your detailed invoice.
- We are requesting e-transfer payments to info@shoclean.com, however, credit card (with service charge) and cash payments are available if pre-arranged.
- When you arrive at the shop, PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE and call us at (905) 953-9333. Provide us with your name, pop your trunk and we will be happy to load in your blankets curbside.

NOTE: All blankets are cold water washed and hung to dry as per manufacturer specs. After washing, all blankets are fully inspected, and repaired (if needed) for your convenience (unless customer has clearly marked DO NOT REPAIR on order form). Any blanket repair over $35 will be quoted. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR HEAVY SOIL OR HAIR 🙂
